- Pay Range: $23.89-$26.56/hr
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Loads and unloads trucks and moves materials within the facility. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks and acts in support of all safety, environmental, and DOT rules and regulations. Operates an industrial forklift to assist in loading, unloading, or moving materials and finished products. Utilizes Total Trax throughout the day and charges and/or changes batteries on fork truck. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, or other records.
Uses RF Scanner to verify and track every carton and/or pallet of product. Affix shipping labels on cartons or pallets, identifying shipping information. Examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with the shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Verifies placement of incoming materials into proper locations. Schedules material pickup with carriers to assure requested delivery requirements. Works with outside vendors, as required, to maintain necessary logistics (i.e. scrap, corrugated, product).
Enters data in the computer and prints appropriate documents. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies and troubleshoots inaccuracies. Communicates with shift, material handlers, customer account specialists (CAS’s), trucking company associates, and plant management. Assists in keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre‑requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.
Back-Up Responsibilities
Run daily reports for new and current orders. Process paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, including confirmations. Process raw materials in our WMS and Oracle. Receive all receipts in Oracle daily. Assign and release drivers from dock doors, prioritizing Safety and Quality. Track shipments in Excel daily. Lead and direct SRWs with daily tasks. Process UPS packages to go out. Monitor and respond to daily emails promptly.
Work/Communicate professionally. Any Additional tasks are given by the supervisor. Inventory and troubleshooting/correcting inventory discrepancies. Hours
- Must be available to work flexible hours. Hours vary daily, depending on workload.
Evening and Weekend availability is a must
