SummaryWe are seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC machinist to join the H3 team for H3's continued growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience on a 5-axis mill, including responsibilities for setting up and operating CNC machines (mill, turn, lathe) to produce precision tight tolerance parts to customer specifications.
Responsibilities- MUST HAVE 5-AXIS MILL EXPERIENCE
- Set up and operate CNC equipment, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, symbols, callouts, and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Perform programming or offsets as needed.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to perform routine quality checks.
- Experience with CNC machining and operation (preferably with precision, complex, tight tolerance components).
- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
- CNC lathe: 2 years (Preferred)
- CNC turn: 5 years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 5 years (Required)
- CNC: 5 years (Required)
- 5-Axis CNC mill: 5 years (Required)
