- Assist with production scheduling, workforce coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Supervise and support production leads and operators to maximize performance and productivity

- Support daily facility operations to ensure production efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate production activities, staffing priorities, and operational workflows
- Monitor KPIs, assist with root‑cause analysis, and support corrective action initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility aligned with company and OSHA standards
- Support onboarding, cross‑training, and development of production personnel
- Participate in audits, reporting, compliance reviews, and operational documentation
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing, production, or industrial operations
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control practices, and operational workflows
- Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and team coordination abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or operational systems
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related technical field
- Experience working with industrial materials, gases, chemicals, or regulated production environments
- Experience supporting hands‑on operations within fast‑paced manufacturing facilities
