• Support daily plant operations including production, personnel management, safety, and compliance
• Assist with production scheduling, workforce coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Supervise and support production leads and operators to maximize performance and productivity
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to support equipment reliability and production goals

• Support daily facility operations to ensure production efficiency, safety, and compliance
• Coordinate production activities, staffing priorities, and operational workflows
• Monitor KPIs, assist with root‑cause analysis, and support corrective action initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility aligned with company and OSHA standards
• Support onboarding, cross‑training, and development of production personnel
• Participate in audits, reporting, compliance reviews, and operational documentation

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing, production, or industrial operations
• Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control practices, and operational workflows
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or operational systems

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related technical field
• Experience working with industrial materials, gases, chemicals, or regulated production environments
• Experience supporting hands‑on operations within fast‑paced manufacturing facilities
