- Evaluate and interpret complex prints and CAD files, ensuring accuracy
- Create highly efficient and repeatable toolpaths using CAM software
- Set up and operate advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
- Conduct precise inspections to ensure parts meet internal quality standards
- Maintain high productivity, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
- Continuously learn new skills and stay updated with industry advancements
To be considered, we're looking for someone with a strong background in machining, but more importantly, someone who is passionate about growing within a collaborative, innovative environment:
- Must-Haves:
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder (ITAR compliance)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience with CNC mills and lathes (setup, programming, and operation)
- 3+ years of CAD/CAM experience
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and proficiency with G&M codes
- Expertise in tooling types, measuring techniques, and machining processes
- Extra Skills That Will Make You Shine:
- Experience in LEAN Manufacturing or 5S
- Familiarity with ISO
9001 or AS9100D standards - Expertise in 5-axis milling
, high-speed machining,
micro tooling
, robotic automation
, and manual milling - Experience with tight tolerances (e.g., .0005"),
3D profiling
, Wire EDM
, and Abrasive Waterjet
