Production Associates (full‑time) will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

- 1st shift:
Monday – Thursday 6 am to 4:30 pm - 3rd shift:
Sunday – Wednesday 7:45 pm to 6:15 am
- Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 for 1st shift, $2,000 for 3rd shift.
- Starting hourly rate: $17+; may vary with experience.
- Shift differential: $1.50 /hr for off‑shifts.
- Perfect attendance bonus up to $1,000 a year.

- At least 18 years old.
- Read measurements, understand work, and calculate numbers.
- Use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
- Must be 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime.
- Preferred: previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production‑oriented environment.
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (10–12 hours).
