Lead solution engineering for the implementation of the Majesco Policy Administration System, with focus on core policy administration functions including product configuration, rating, underwriting rules, policy lifecycle management, commissions and billing, along with integration to surrounding digital and financial platforms. In this capacity, you will collaborate with other engineers and architects to build cutting‑edge AI and automation solutions with a laser focus on serving our customers in a digital‑first manner.

As a Senior IT Solution Engineer focused on Policy Administration platforms, you will provide engineering leadership for the implementation of the Majesco Policy Administration System supporting Voluntary Benefits with a keen focus on delivery and speed to market. This role is accountable for defining target‑state and transition design, leading complex solution‑design decisions, and ensuring alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.

You will bring deep hands‑on experience with Majesco. In addition, prior experience modernizing or migrating from Vitech V3locity, Sapiens ID3, and legacy mainframe policy administration systems is desirable. The Senior Engineer role emphasizes strategic thinking, mentorship, and ownership of engineering outcomes across large‑scale transformation initiatives.

• Drives the solution of technical initiatives with business roadmap/strategy.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Provides strategic guidance on product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Leads the conceptualization, solution design, and implementation of new and existing features for the existing portfolio of applications.
• Collaborates with architects on processes, tooling and frameworks required for the delivery of features in the sprint or product backlog.
• Develops alternative solutions for business problems.
• Is accountable for the overall delivery of the application.
• Analyzes complex problems and recommends solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 – 10 years of related experience.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Majesco.
• Experience modernizing or migrating from Vitech V3locity, Sapiens ID3, or legacy mainframe policy administration systems.
• Strategic thinking, mentorship, and ownership across large‑scale transformation initiatives.

$ – $ per year (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois). The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
