Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision, tight-tolerance parts in accordance with customer specifications and engineering drawings;
Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining processes, dimensions, and tolerances;
Perform CNC machine setups, including tooling selection, fixture setup, workpiece alignment, and verification of correct programs;
Adjust and maintain machine offsets to achieve required dimensions and surface finishes;
Monitor machining operations, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to resolve dimensional, tooling, or machine-related problems
