We are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operators to join our dynamic team.

Macon, GA / 1st shift

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Select and install appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and problem‑solve issues related to production and machinery.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
Who You Are:
  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of press brake machinery and tooling.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and measurements with precision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
  • Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties.
  • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
