Black Tie Tables is hiring a CNC Operator earning $18-$23 an hour.

Requirements
  • Basic understanding of measurements, tolerances, and material handling
  • Ability to read shop drawings or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and be on your feet throughout the day
  • Reliable, consistent, and self‑motivated
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software
  • Background in woodworking or cabinetry
  • Familiarity with tool changes, feeds/speeds, and machine optimization
  • Experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to cut and process wood components
  • Load materials, set up jobs, and ensure proper machine operation
  • Read and interpret cut files, drawings, and production specs
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality before moving to the next stage
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and report larger problems
  • Work closely with the production team to keep workflow moving efficiently
