Black Tie Tables is hiring a CNC Operator earning $18-$23 an hour.

- Basic understanding of measurements, tolerances, and material handling
- Ability to read shop drawings or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift materials and be on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable, consistent, and self‑motivated
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Background in woodworking or cabinetry
- Familiarity with tool changes, feeds/speeds, and machine optimization
- Experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking preferred, but not required)
- Operate CNC machines to cut and process wood components
- Load materials, set up jobs, and ensure proper machine operation
- Read and interpret cut files, drawings, and production specs
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality before moving to the next stage
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
- Troubleshoot minor issues and report larger problems
- Work closely with the production team to keep workflow moving efficiently
