Molding Technician / Mold Mechanic – Manufacturing

In this hands‑on role you will maintain, repair, and optimize high‑speed molding machinery to ensure efficient production of food and beverage packaging components.

Pay Range: $29.21 - $32.32 per hour.

Schedule:

2‑2‑3 with every other weekend off (Friday – Sunday).

Hours:

12‑hour night shift, 5:45pm – 6:00am. Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime. No mandatory overtime.

• Set up, process, and troubleshoot molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to maximize uptime and product quality.
• Ensure parts meet all quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor and maintain chiller and production system performance.
• Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience as a molding technician, mold mechanic, or related maintenance role.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
