Production Team Member - Champaign, IL

Job Description

We are a global Fortune 500 packaging company with 109 manufacturing facilities in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. This position is open to all qualified individuals, including Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The role is on‑site at our facility in Champaign, Illinois.

• Maintain production lines with cartons, seal finished product, and perform visual checks of caps.
• Ensure the line(s) you are assigned to produces quality caps through periodic inspections.
• Monitor the automated line to ensure that caps are properly feeding into the boxes.
• Periodically re‑thread labels, fill ink and liners, and unjam caps.
• Properly label the filled boxes and stack them on the pallet; filled boxes weigh up to 32 pounds and are stacked 6–7 high.

• Ability to frequently transport a box of product weighing between 15 and 35 lbs for a short distance from the line to stack on the pallet.
