Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking an On-The-Job Trainer on the 2nd shift at our St. Charles, IL plant. You will train new-hire and job-bid employees on essential skills, coaching on knife handling, sharpening, PPE use, and safe production practices.
You will document training progress, collaborate with plant supervision and the Training Supervisor, and occasionally rotate shifts or travel to other facilities for start-up projects.
