What We Offer:
- Pay range $28.50 - $31.53 per hour
- Schedule:
2-2-3 with every other weekend off – Friday - Sunday - Hours:
12-hour Day Shift, 5:45 am – 6:00 pm - Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime
- No mandatory overtime

What You Will Do:
- Set up, process, and troubleshoot molding machinery and auxiliary equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to maximize uptime and product quality
- Ensure parts meet all quality and safety requirements
- Monitor and maintain chiller and production system performance
- Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and management teams
- Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards
- Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience as a molding technician, mold mechanic, or related maintenance role
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
