What you'll do as:
Production Assistant

• Assisting plant manager in daily operations
• Leading a team of 50+
• Bilingual communication skills
• Production experience in poultry, beef, or pork manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills

• Prior experience in poultry, beef, or pork manufacturing
• Leadership experience with a team of 50+
• Bilingual communication skills
• Hands-on production experience
• Experience assisting plant managers
