Bilingual Manufacturing Shift Lead

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule:

7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., rotating 2-2-3 schedule Job Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire

A local manufacturer is seeking a dependable Bilingual Manufacturing Shift Lead to support employees during a 12-hour day shift. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for training employees, assigning daily work, and serving as the first point of escalation when production or employee concerns arise.

Reliability is critical. The right candidate has previous manufacturing experience, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and can provide clear direction while working alongside the team.

• Supervise and support employees throughout the shift
• Train new employees on job duties and production expectations
• Assign and position employees based on daily production needs
• Provide clear instructions and help keep the team on task
• Serve as the first escalation point for production and employee concerns
• Communicate issues and shift updates to management
• Follow manufacturing procedures and support daily production goals

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and overall reliability
• Ability to train employees and provide clear direction
• Comfortable addressing concerns and escalating issues when needed
