Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Support Engineer to provide technical leadership for the site transfer of an existing sterile pharmaceutical drug product to an external manufacturing partner.

The role will support process assessment, validation, and implementation activities to ensure the product is successfully established at the receiving site in accordance with GMP requirements. Candidates with a strong background in sterile/aseptic manufacturing and process validation are encouraged to apply, even if their direct site-to-site technology transfer experience is limited.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline
• 5-7 years of relevant Hands-on experience with sterile or aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong understanding of process validation and GMP manufacturing requirements
• Exposure to technology transfer or manufacturing site-transfer activities preferred
• Experience reviewing validation protocols, reports, and manufacturing/process data
• Knowledge of process gap assessments, risk evaluations, process comparisons, and technical troubleshooting
• Strong cross-functional technical leadership and project coordination skills
