Yahoo Sports is looking for a Sports Partnerships Manager to support the business development and partnerships team. This role reports directly to the Lead, Sports Partnerships Manager and will work cross functionally with content, editorial, sales, finance, legal and product teams. This person will be the day-to-day operational support for partners and is responsible for the operational success of the partnership as well as supplementary relationship management.

We are seeking a candidate who has experience with content licensing, video distribution, North American sports leagues & media companies, a general understanding of the Sports digital media landscape, and excellent communication skills.

• Manage day-to-day operational support for partners throughout deal term with a focus on onboarding, payments and triage
• Partner with Lead, Sports Partnerships Manager to develop a best-in-class framework and business reviews with top partners
• Analyze data to understand performance and trends on a regular basis
• Own partner reporting and payments
• Ability to translate and clearly communicate (both oral and written) business requirements and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise

• 3+ years experience working in fast-paced, high performance media, tech or sports organization
• Experience working across multiple disciplines including content, sales, business, and project management
• Strong prioritization and relationship building skills are essential
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency
• Directly-applicable deal/account-management experience (ideally within digital media), and a solid understanding of relevant partnership business models
• Tremendous written and verbal communication ability across a variety of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred

The compensation for this position ranges from $61,875.00 - $/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
