ADMR Solutions is a boutique executive search firm that is retained by its client to identify top talent for a transformational strategic marketing leader. This is a hybrid work environment; onsite 3 days a week based in the greater Chicagoland with some domestic and global travel.

The Senior Global Marketing Manager is accountable for a $500M segment of a $2B+ organization, developing and executing against strategic marketing initiatives focused on revenue generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), solution marketing, channel growth, technical marketing alignment, product launch coordination, and GTM transformation initiatives. This is a high visibility role with significant influence across the other business segments, acting as a “compass” helping drive the overall company’s transition from product‑centric marketing to solution‑focused engagement.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation
  • Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Support and execute solution-first GTM strategies that put the customer at the center.
  • Lead and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on strategic target accounts and vertical markets.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Technical Marketing, Distribution Development, and Business Development teams.
  • Coordinate and support New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.
  • Ensure launches are aligned to customer applications, vertical markets, and solution bundles rather than standalone products.
  • Partner with product teams to develop launch messaging, value propositions, sales tools, and customer engagement plans.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and KPIs aligned to business strategy and objectives.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline influence, revenue attribution, customer engagement, and GTM metrics.
  • Support forecasting visibility initiatives and front‑load sales/order visibility projects.
AI & Digital Growth Initiatives
  • Support AI‑enabled growth initiatives including sales enablement, knowledge management, and customer engagement tools.
  • Assist in deploying AI‑powered sales and marketing enablement systems.
  • Operate as a strategic business partner to commercial, product, and corporate teams.
  • Demonstrate strong executive written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B industrial, electrical manufacturing, or other highly engineered product sector.
  • Strong experience in global marketing, strategic marketing, solution marketing, or commercial strategy.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Channel teams.
Preferred
  • Experience in electrical infrastructure, industrial electronics, power systems, semiconductors, or other adjacent market sectors.
  • Experience with ABM platforms, CRM systems, Power BI, marketing analytics, or sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled marketing or sales tools.
Pay range and compensation package

We offer a market competitive salary that will vary depending on job‑related skills, knowledge, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive award along with the potential for discretionary annual equity awards. Both plans are variable awards based on individual and company performance and are not guaranteed.
