  • Lead social platform strategies and standards for owned enterprise consumer social channels
  • Develop and implement platform best practices, page/handle maintenance, boosting, engagement/community management and channel specific strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit, You Tube, etc.
  • Build written organic social strategy recommendations, selling them into brand leadership and line of business partners for social strategies
  • Develop and oversee the creative marketing process
  • Drive insights and learnings that influence future campaigns and strategies
  • Manage input and approval process with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Publish social content supporting the enterprise organic social strategy via Sprinklr and natively
  • Contribute to our team culture of continuous learning
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing of consumer products and services
  • At least 3 years of social media marketing experience
  • At least 3 years of running paid social media campaigns
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Influencers, and developing and executing creator strategies
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on social or digital (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, digital brand/products, or other highly regulated industry (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience marketing a large consumer brand (preferred)
