In this role, you will be responsible for leading our brand development and marketing initiatives, creating and implementing strategies to promote our products, and driving sales growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beverage industry, a creative mindset, and excellent communication and project management skills.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clients' brands and products
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales plans
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments
• Create and manage marketing budgets for each brand, ensuring maximum ROI
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers
• Plan and execute innovative promotional activities to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and design, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and provide insights and recommendations to improve our marketing strategies

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or brand management, preferably in the beverage industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior
• Proven track record of successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software applications
