Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This includes monitoring patient health, administering medication, and performing routine procedures like taking vitals and drawing blood.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
Skill Requirements
- Must have 1+years of experience in Wound Care Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Vital Signs Monitoring Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Medication Administration Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Medical Charting Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Disease Management Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Cpr Certification Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Iv Therapy Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Health Assessment Specialization
- Must have 1+years of experience in Emergency Response Specialization
Required Qualification
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
- Proven experience as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
- The successful candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help maintain and improve patient health. We expect you to be trained in CPR and first aid as well as to be a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse.
