Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN​/Registered Nurse; RN

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a facility-based clinical setting. The nurse will deliver hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform routine clinical procedures, and support patients and families to promote health, safety, and recovery.

" Provide nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
" Monitor patient health status and report changes in symptoms or behavior
" Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments
" Perform routine nursing procedures, including vital signs monitoring and blood draws
" Assist with wound care and disease management
" Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members regarding patient care
" Educate patients on health maintenance, treatment plans, and disease prevention
" Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient medical records
" Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and family members
" Adhere to safety, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

" Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
" Education requirements based on licensure level:
RN:
Bachelor s degree in Nursing
LPN:
Associate s degree or equivalent
" Minimum 1+ year of nursing experience required
" Experience in wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient assessment
" Current BLS and ACLS certifications
" Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
" Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
" Physical and mental ability to perform duties in a fast-paced clinical environment
" Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
