• Lead and oversee all nursing operations within the facility
• Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
• Mentor, develop, and inspire nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness

• Active RN license (Illinois)
• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage clinical operations
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident‑centered care
