Travel Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehabilitation Nurse
Join a 13-week SNF/rehab travel assignment in Champaign, IL. Provide skilled nursing care to older adults with complex needs in a skilled nursing facility or rehab setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient status to support optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN degree (ADN or BSN)
- Current RN licensure in Illinois (or compact eligibility)
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF/Rehab or long-term care
- Experience providing direct patient care for older adult populations with complex care needs
- Experience charting/documenting nursing care in an electronic or paper clinical documentation system
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills for interdisciplinary care coordination
- Ability to work scheduled weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Skills:
- ACLS certification (preferred)
