Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a facility-based clinical setting. The nurse will deliver hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform routine clinical procedures, and support patients and families to promote health, safety, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities• Provide nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• Monitor patient health status and report changes in symptoms or behavior
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments
• Perform routine nursing procedures, including vital signs monitoring and blood draws
• Assist with wound care and disease management
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members regarding patient care
• Educate patients on health maintenance, treatment plans, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient medical records
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and family members
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
• Education requirements based on licensure level: – RN:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing – LPN:
Associate's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year of nursing experience required
• Experience in wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient assessment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
• Physical and mental ability to perform duties in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
