Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a facility-based clinical setting. The nurse will deliver hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform routine clinical procedures, and support patients and families to promote health, safety, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• Monitor patient health status and report changes in symptoms or behavior
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments
• Perform routine nursing procedures, including vital signs monitoring and blood draws
• Assist with wound care and disease management
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members regarding patient care
• Educate patients on health maintenance, treatment plans, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient medical records
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and family members
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
• Education requirements based on licensure level: – RN:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing – LPN:
Associate's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year of nursing experience required
• Experience in wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient assessment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
• Physical and mental ability to perform duties in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
