Job Title: Reliability Specialist

Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Salary:
- Minimum Hiring Rate: $23.02/hour Maximum Hiring Rate: $25.82/hour
- Monthly Bonus opportunities up to 9% of base monthly pay

Summary: Plans and conducts reliability testing activities for industrial processes, materials, and products to support production and new product introduction objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Develops, revises, and executes a testing schedule to complete testing objectives.
- Using standard tests, evaluates materials and processes for compliance with established requirements.
- Proactively assesses and maintains equipment for standard testing.
- Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods to evaluate trends and nonconformances in reliability test results.

- Education and/or
Experience:
2-year degree or certificate from college or technical school; or 2 to 4 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Language
Skills:
Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; speak effectively before groups of employees; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, partners, and customers. - Mathematical
Skills:
Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry; apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. - Reasoning Ability: Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
