Identify and react to Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP concerns;
Measurement, observation and inspection of process and product to ensure products meet quality requirements according to specification;
Able to read and interpret prints for measurements and specifications;
Create and maintain documentation as required by procedures and work instructions;
Visually inspect/audit product to determine that visual defect requirements are met
