*** The Quality Assurance Analyst performs quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments to ensure client standards are maintained.

* What You Will Do:

*** Working with customers and suppliers to review quality cases and disposition of material
* Analyzing incoming customer quality concerns
* Working Quality Cases assigned from Quality customer service
* Collecting non-conformance data and maintaining and updating quality system documents
* Preparing Quality Return POs for returned goods from customers.
* Containment of non-conforming material including validating and verifying on-hand material using standard calibrated gauges
* Identifying potential non-conforming material which has been shipped
* Issuing and managing proactive alerts to customers
* Interacting with Operations on operational cause defects
* Reviewing design prints and 1E specifications
* Issuing rejections and corrective action requests to suppliers while communicating updates as needed.
