Job Description

Are you a natural-born leader ready to take charge? Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Shift Runner to join our team. As a Shift Runner, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment

* Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer service

* Manage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety standards

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

* Train and mentor new team members on company policies and procedures

* Assist in scheduling and staff management to optimize store performance

* Collaborate with store management to implement new initiatives and achieve business goals

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Perform opening and closing duties as required

* Contribute to the store's overall success by meeting sales targets and improving efficiency

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older

* Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

* Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

* Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

* Basic math and cash handling proficiency

* Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn company-specific procedures

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)

* Familiarity with the Champaign-Urbana area (preferred)

Additional Information

$15-$17 an hour
