Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, and stores merchandise; ensures food safety and inventory management.;

Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for production decisions and training.;
Be an Owner:
Maintains operational excellence; ensures quality and date control; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists customers with purchases; properly packages, labels, and stores merchandise.;
