Job Summary

Hourly: $15.63 per hour + $1,300 per month Targeted Commission. Total Target Compensation: $23.32 per hour.

Comcast Xfinity is seeking energetic, customer‑focused team members to serve as brand ambassadors and sales associates in its retail stores. You will provide outstanding service, meet or exceed sales targets, and promote our broad range of products and services to customers.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment; connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a full‑time, flexible, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.

2-5 Years of sales or customer service experience.
