About The Team
The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Network and help bring top talent, including hiring for Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Apply talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to ensure visual merchandising, efficient processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- At least 3—5 years as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers results.
- Talent for recruiting, retaining, and developing teams; experience with succession planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
- Legal age of 18 or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive on time.

$55,000 - $69,000 commensurate with experience
