Regional Manager, Visual Merchandising – Northeast

Location:

NY Metro Area. Travel: 70% required.

Overview:
The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will execute the visual strategy in their region. They will read and interpret corporate visual directives and product planograms while making informed decisions that positively impact the business. They will train and develop Visual Specialists, as well as sales and management teams, maintaining a consistently superior product presentation in stores.

• Execute in-store visual merchandising strategies (windows, incase, seasonal & special initiatives)
• Visit stores in region on a regular schedule, both retail and wholesale
• Lead window installs and floor moves in the region
• Maintain organized photo library of store visit images and remote coaching
• Prepare visuals for events and create displays for special product launches
• Key player in retail and wholesale openings across the US and Canada
• Train with VM Director on VM standards
• Work with store managers and regional directors to address needs and opportunities
• Train and develop Visual Specialists and sales staff on product merchandising standards
• Educate staff on visual directives and adjacencies
• Maintain merchandising floor plans
• Partner with corporate Visual and store managers to determine VM decisions
• Maintain operational excellence with minimal disruption
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store managers
• Independently manage travel schedule for store visits

• 6+ years visual merchandising experience for luxury brand (jewelry experience preferred)
• Experience leading and advising retail teams, visual standards and strategies
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment, work independently or as part of team
• Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, self-starter, highly productive and collaborative approach
• Adaptability to changes in work tasks or environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Estimated Salary: $95k - $120k base. Additional compensation may include healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
