Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and adhering to Company steel standard guidelines.
  • Process member orders (Fax, Pull, Click n Pull) by reviewing, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks and communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans using the Open Door Policy; apply best practices in business processes and practices.
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion, build strong relationships, communicate with impact, and mentor others to strengthen the team.
  • Act with integrity, maintain high standards of integrity and compliance, model Walmart values, and support the company’s goal of becoming a regenerative company.
  • Serve customers and members by putting the customer first, making decisions based on reliable information, and balancing short- and long-term priorities.
