Aerie - Stock Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You bring AEO brand standards, merchandising eye, and attention to detail to support the team and guests on the salesfloor and represent AEO values.

• You have a passion for brand standards and are a go‑getter at keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The stockroom is your home base; you master keeping it running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• When you see a merchandising opportunity you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You always step in to help fellow team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest assistance, demonstrating teamwork.
• Safety standards are a priority in the stockroom and on the salesfloor; you follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You excel at organization, have attention to detail, and are skilled at priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability, staying early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends to move product.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
