Lids - 2000 N Neil St Level 1 - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.;
Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting with regular follow-up.;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and membership program participation.;
Maintain adherence to visual guidelines, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
