We're looking for a Sales Consultant to lead the charge in developing and managing solar project proposals for commercial clients. You'll be the architect of high‑impact deals—from design and feasibility to financing and execution. What You'll Do- Develop strategic solar proposals that deliver value and impact
- Present designs, cash flow projections, and financing options with confidence
- Collaborate across departments to hit revenue goals
- Generate leads through marketing, networking, and hustle
- Analyze energy usage, and demonstrate ROI & payback
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Log customer interactions in CRM with precision
- Represent Harvest Solar as a passionate ambassador for helping customers reach their sustainability goals
- 5+ years of technical sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competitive, sales‑driven mindset with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (day travel up to 80%)
- Earnings Range: $70,000 - $250,000
- Base Salary
- Commission
- Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to company and individual performance
