We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales BDC Representative to join our Champaign team. This position is ideal for someone looking for evening and weekend hours while gaining experience in the automotive industry.

Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends Required)

Hourly + Commission

• Answer incoming customer calls during evening and weekend hours
• Respond to and follow up on internet inquiries via phone and email
• Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
• Schedule customer appointments with Sales Consultants
• Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers and dealership departments
• Provide customers with a positive and professional first impression of the dealership

• Friendly with a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and assisting customers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts
• Ability to professionally de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
