Are you a highly motivated self‑starter with a passion for sales and building relationships? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy using your creativity to drive results? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join our inside sales team and help us expand our reach! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in cultivating awareness and interest in our proprietary products.
You’ll leverage your excellent communication skills and proactive approach to prospect and engage with potential customers, primarily through phone and other innovative tactics.
- Administrative Support:
Managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), processing sales orders, and generating reports on sales metrics. - Customer Interaction:
Handling inquiries, providing pricing and availability info, and following up on leads. - Sales Enablement:
Preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations to help reps close deals. - Liaison Duties:
Coordinating between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product delivery and accurate billing. - Lead Management:
Researching potential clients, qualifying incoming leads, and scheduling meetings.
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills- Background in Sales or Sales development – a plus.

Qualifications- Experience:
1-2+ years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills for client correspondence. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and data entry. - Organizational
Skills:
High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Education:
High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is often preferred.
High school diploma and 3+ years of job‑related experience.
