Part-Time Sales Representative

Illini Media Group is seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Representative to help grow two of our local platforms: Chambana Today and Chambana Deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with local businesses, building relationships, and driving results.

• Develop new business by connecting with local companies
• Present and sell marketing solutions through Chambana Today and Chambana Deals
• Call on new prospects and unclaimed accounts
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to help businesses attract more customers
• Maintain a simple pipeline and provide weekly progress updates

$18/Hour Plus Commission. IMG offers PTO and 401K benefits to part-time employees.

• Structured onboarding and product training provided
• Ongoing support and guidance from leadership
• Weekly check-ins with management for coaching and pipeline review

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to ask questions, listen, and identify business needs
• Organized and accountable with follow-through
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Flexible, part-time schedule (up to 15 hours per week)
