Chem Quest International is hiring for multiple sales roles in the personal care ingredient space, with opportunities across several U.S. territories. Whether you’re an experienced sales manager or an up-and-coming sales professional with industry knowledge, we want to hear from you. Title and territory will be aligned based on experience and fit.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the personal care and cosmetics industry.
• Prospect and identify potential customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Present product information to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our raw materials.
• Consult with customers to understand their formulation needs and recommend appropriate ingredients.
• Negotiate pricing, packaging, and delivery terms to secure long-term agreements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to sales management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product demand, and market conditions.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products.
• Work closely with Chem Quest's internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to stay informed about new product offerings and technical insights.
• Travel as needed to meet customers, conduct in-person meetings, and attend industry events.

• Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience in the personal care raw material industry.
• Strong understanding of personal care ingredients, their applications, and the formulation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use CRM and sales software to support business activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
