Position OverviewAs a Maintenance Care Retention Specialist, you will act as a strategic advisor for your dealership portfolio, driving sales and productivity across all products.
CompensationBase Pay Range: $71,196 - $88,842 | Targeted Annual Commission: $26,400

- Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
- Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
- Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize the business opportunity across all products.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
- Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team and the dealership network to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills.
- Full understanding of all aspects of the sales process (business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory) and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Location within assigned territory.
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.
Job Requirements
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting.
- Extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts (up to 80%).
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
