Assistant Coach; PCOS Coaching Team

We’re looking for an Assistant Coach to join our team s is a client-facing role working with women who are struggling with PCOS, weight gain, fatigue, and feeling like nothing has worked for them.

You’ll be working alongside our senior coaches, supporting a large roster of clients inside our coaching program. This is not just handing out meal plans. This is about:

• Keeping clients accountable
• Helping them stay consistent
• Guiding them through challenges
• Being someone they can rely on day-to-day

You’ll be speaking to clients daily, reviewing check-ins, and helping them actually follow through.

• Must be based in Canada or the United States
• Able to work with a remote team across time zones

• $50,000
  
  USD (base)
• + Commission opportunities through sales calls

Our coaches do sales calls and currently:

• Close at ~50%
• Earn 10% commission per sale on top of their wage

If you’re confident on sales calls, there’s strong upside here with the potential to make an extra $400 - $1,000 a week on top of your base pay. Ongoing sales training will be provided.

• Experience working with women with PCOS (non-negotiable)
• Coaching experience (nutrition, training, lifestyle)
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients at once
• Team player who can take feedback and improve quickly
• Positive, caring, and energetic personality
• Open to doing video check-ins and sales calls
• Wants to grow in your role and have career-growth over the coming years
