Sleep Expert - Sales

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment focused on the customer, cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and services offered.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.

Competitive Pay Range: $52,000 – $62,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, at the discretion of the Company.
