We are currently hiring for a Sales Representative to manage accounts in our Wholesale Department!
This is a full‑time, on‑site position at our Champaign Illinois location. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm.
Typical base pay for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually, plus a monthly incentive program tied directly to your assigned sales goals. Incentives are earned upon meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected.
As a Sales Representative at Horizon Hobby, you won’t just manage accounts, you’ll own and grow your business. You’ll take the lead on an assigned portfolio of retail partners, driving sales performance across our industry‑leading proprietary and distributed brands.

Through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound engagement, you’ll uncover new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and position Horizon Hobby as a must‑have in every retailer’s lineup. You’ll bring more than just sales skills, you’ll deliver strategic solutions, leverage product and technical expertise, and channel a genuine passion for the hobby industry to help your partners win.

Review buying patterns, suggest add‑on or new items, and recommend Horizon’s latest proprietary and distributed products. - Strengthen the Brand

Participate in weekly product trainings and stay current on new releases and industry trends. - Hit the Numbers

- Ability to meet a monthly sales goal while also managing a retail partner base

- Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials, up to 20 pounds.
