Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Summary

Sleep Expert – Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) – responsible for elevating and enhancing the in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority, delivering product knowledge, supporting sales performance, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as a subject matter expert
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools, supporting a seamless omnichannel experience
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction during and after purchase (e.g., resolve issues, send delivery reminders)
• Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Valid eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Competitive pay range of $54,000–$66,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
