Dealer Relationship Manager - IL​/IN

Target Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Base Salary: $70,000 per year with commission average of $2,000–$3,000 per month based on performance.

Develop, manage and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisees and select independent automobile dealership personnel to achieve the production, efficiency, and profitability objectives of the assigned area of responsibility. Promote and sell the organization’s product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory. Lead the identification of selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.

Prepare periodic reports of customer activity and gather information for sales forecasting and production.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank.
