Position OverviewThis role is an Outside Food Sales Representative responsible for cultivating relationships, developing new business, and providing innovative solutions to our customers, supporting both customer and company goals.
Responsibilities- Pursuing New Customers:
Research industry and market trends, identify and research prospective customers, develop sales strategies highlighting products/services/solutions, and present strategies to prospective customers. - Deepening and Strengthening Existing Customer Relationships:
Visit customers on a regular schedule, conduct business reviews to identify needs and opportunities, provide ongoing training on product offerings, and identify where additional offerings can add value. - Sales Territory Management:
Balance new customer acquisition with strengthening existing relationships, coordinate visits, and communicate order status and processing updates to customers.
During the first 90 days, you will participate in e‑learning, classroom sessions, video roleplays, job shadowing, and mentorship to master GFS systems, products, sales processes, relationship building, and territory management.

- High school diploma or GED (required);
Bachelor’s degree and/or culinary certificate (preferred) - Minimum 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience
- Valid unrestricted state driver’s license and safe driving record
- Must participate in the company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels, if applicable
