We're looking for a motivated Sales & Service Technician who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional service. • Perform inspections, maintenance, and service on waterproofing systems and related products.
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions to protect homeowners' investments.

• Meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs and explain service recommendations.
• Build trust through professionalism, product knowledge, and outstanding customer care.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance a home's protection through additional products and services.
• Provide solution-based recommendations that create value for the homeowner.

• Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and company technology to document customer interactions, service details, and recommendations.

• Work closely with operations, customer care, and sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, home services, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently while remaining a strong team player.
• Proficient with technology and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
