Associate National Account Manager - Menards Minneapolis, MN / Milwaukee, WI / Chicago, IL Market
The Associate National Account Manager will support Sales and Business Development by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the business, residing within driving distance to Eau Claire, WI. This role focuses on building relationships with key decision makers, coordinating initiatives with merchants, and analyzing data to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business relationships with key decision makers to drive business.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to manage business needs.
- Assist in SBD’s sales efforts with a dedicated merchant team.
- Work with a distributor and the internal SBD team (sales, channel, brand, product, etc.) to coordinate key initiatives and drive business strategies.
- Engage in Product Line Review and Promotional Planning needs, and provide analytic support to help SBD manage distributor businesses.
- Establish strong relationships with internal teams (merchant, assortment planning, inventory, and marketing) to grow sales and solidify SB&D’s relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the Account Team to drive sales and execute key business initiatives.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Self‑motivated, high energy, persistent, and with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proven ability to drive growth and solve problems creatively and innovatively.
- Organized, able to prioritize, and work cross‑functionally.
- Superior interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of market (competitors, environment, etc.) and experience in a similar industry.

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $67,200.00 – $. This range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation and may vary depending on job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and local wage requirements.
